It has a delicious, coco-nutty taste and can be added to a variety of sweet and savoury dishes.
Sourced from organic coconut palm trees grown in remote co-op farms in the Philippines, the coconuts are de-shelled, washed and inspected by hand before being blanched and dried at low temperatures before being ground into a delectable, semi-smooth butter.
